Our mission is to bring Polish and European university education close to the young people of Vietnam. Together with my team I am determined and possess all the means to make the process easy, affordable and convenient.

All my professional life connected with eduaction and bringing positive change to people all over the world. I was a visiting professor at the National University of Irealnd, Galway; British Institute of Information Technology, London, UK; York St John College, York, UK; Cromwell College, (UK) Univerity della Calabria, Italy, Universitat Rovira I Virgili (Tarragona), Spain; Visiting Professor of National University of Aviation, Kijev, Ukraine. I was Rector of the College of Linguistics in Częstochowa. Director of the Polish-Ukrainian DOM SILESIA project. Created an international educational organization with branches in Ukraine, Georgia, Moldova, UAE and Nigeria – over 70 academic partners, 20 educational and 200 employees,

Created a nationwide educational franchise network of the brand under the Soward and Brainy brands – 152 facilities. I am a member of the European Association of Rectors of Pedagogical Universities. Founder and member of the International Pedagogical Academy in Kiev. Member of the Council for European Affairs at the Mayor of Częstochowa (2004-2008). Proud holder of the European Language Label award of the European Commission (2004). Decorated with the Bronze Medal of the President of the Republic of Poland for Long Service. Decorated with the „Nestor Litopisec” medal for his important contribution to the development of Ukrainian-Polish cooperation. Decorated with the medal of the Dragomanov University in Kiev for his significant contribution to the promotion of the idea of European unity. Manager of 10 projects financed from the EU budget (European Social Fund, 6th Framework Program, Leonardo Da Vinci, Erasmus LLP) worth over 10 million euros.

Vistula University is one amongst the oldest non-public universities in Poland. Established in 1992 under the name of the University of Insurance and Banking, it achieved its current status through dynamic development and contacts with other non-public higher education institutions. In 2019, Aleksander Gieysztor Academy in Pułtusk became one of our branches.
